Come join us at ASC for our next 100 yard Benchrest match on Saturday April 26. We had 7 shooters last month with a couple of guys shooting thier factory guns. We have 4 classes. Factory, AR, Modified, and Benchrest. Cost is only $10 and you do not have to be a member of the club to shoot with us.

100 yard score format.

Club is located at 11500 CR 525 Mansfield Texas 76063

Gates open at 8:00 am. Check in starts at 8:30 am. Shooting begins at 10:00 am.

This is a very relaxed atmosphere and extremely friendly competition.
 
ASC Match

Would love to come out. Cant say that I have ever been to this club. I am a BR shooter and would like to come out and shoot with you and have some fun.
Could not go to the big Tomball, Texas match this weekend so I will hope to come see you guys on the 26th. I belong to the GPGC here in GP so that where I practice as well

Getting the word out there is just 1/2 the struggle. Getting others to show up is the other 1/2.

I'm Assuming that it is a score match you guys are holding ?
It also looks like that the rifle range has a few overhead baffles .....

Anyway I will try to make it and see if my buddy can go to
 
100 yard score format

Score is the format. It's just easier to hold a score match.
The range has very recently added new baffles. When the range was built in 1955, there was nothing around. Now, we sit right next door to a residential neighborhood. This helps ensure that all projectiles remain on the range. We also have concrete walls down one side. When the wind is calm, it's really calm, but when it gets breezy, it can swirl like no one's business.

The big red gate will be locked opened at 8:00 am so you can come out as early as 8:00 am. Come in the gate and take the main road to the right. You will pass all the shotgun pits, and the rifle range is at the back. We will be on range "C". Pick a bench, and start setting up. We do not draw. If we get more than 13, we will simply ask who wants to share benches. With only 1 month under our belt, not sure we have to worry about getting more than 13 there, but you never know.
