Arizona State 4 Gun Championship Jan. 5-6 2013

We will be shooting the first half of the Arizona State Championship on January 5-6, 2013 at the Ben Avery Shooting Facility in Phoenix Arizona.
We are going to be doing something that has'nt been shot at Ben Avery before. We wil be shooting a 100yd. 4Gun in January and a 200yd 4Gun in April. Max and I decided to try it in 2013 and see how it goes. If you have any questions please email me or give me a call.

So far it looks like the weather for the 5th and 6th of Jan. looks pretty good. We will be shooting:

Sat. 5th LV 100yds
HV 100yds

Sun. 6th Sp. 100yds
Unlimited 100yds 5 shot

As it gets closer I'll try to give the weather update.

It looks like the weather is going to be close to 70 for this weekends match. I'll give an update when we get closer.
One thing Phoenix has going for it is we can shoot in the winter.

For this weekend it looks like it will be around 65 on Sat. and low 70s on Sun.
Just to let people know we are the first NBRSA match of the year dealing with the trial period for the Sporter Class. What ever you shoot for Sporter( 22 cal., stock. barrel contour) it still has to wieght 10.5 lbs. So Sunday morning before we shoot Sporter we will be weighing all Sporter rifles.

I just got back from the range about 2 hrs ago. A after signing up all of the shooters it looks like all we have is 2 people shooting a .22. So far we half 28 shooters for the weekend.
I'll let you know more when we are done on Sunday.
