Any sign of 22 rimfire ammo for sale

I just purchased 3750 rounds of .22 LR Federal Match last week from:

Paid $490 including shipping.

Is the Remington target 22 shown on the rockammo site the same as the mil surplus Remington supplied through the CMP? I bought a case of the CPM stuff a while back and there is nothing on the white boxes except the name "Remington", the contract #, the lot # and ".22 LR SV".

CTD has 22LR in stock, Armscor a mere $20 per 50 and CCI $60 per hundred. That ought to slow the hoarders down.
