anschutz model 10B

I just purchased an anschutz model 10B. Where is the best source to obtain an owners manual? The rifle has anschutz peep sights but I cannot find any number to help me determine the model? Also, where is the best source to find out the year of manufacture?

I think that was a model that Savage marketed.
