I purchased a new Annealing Made Perfect unit
Go online watch the video this machine works and is so easy to use.
I have tried to use propane systems Then pressure tested trying to come up with the consistency none ever produced equal to new brass. Did some pressure testing 308's and then I went to the PPC because we size so much PPC brass over and over . Always been a known fact that new brass in the PPC always shoot better. This is not an overnight test it will take months . But the test results so far are amazing .
I will keep you informed on results . One of the test is on taking 220 Russ Lapua brass and 6PPC Norma brass. It has always been felt that the norma brass did not hold up to the high pressures of the PPC in the hotter loads. Back in the 80s in the 90s on Sako brass we used to lose primer pockets we were bevel the mouth of the pocket that would keep our brass tight on our primers . Here's some pictures of the norma brass before I neck turn .
