Action with set back lug recesses, what would you do?

I got a nickel that says Savage thanks you for providing them with valuable data, and offers you a brand new action in exchange for the one you sent them. You end up with a new action, and they get the overstressed one off the street. Win-win.
 
Update.... Savage said the action was "repairable" but made him a deal on a new action of his choice, that no one could refuse......
