Today I visited my local range for the second time in 2020. Normally visit a couple of times a month but times have changed a bit (as most of you should realise).
What surprised me was how much one's 'eye' can be so far out due to lack of regular practice. Even looking at the wind flags and the target at the same time took a bit of effort.
Anyway, a nice day out. 30°C (about 85°F) and a twitchy shifting wind made things interesting. Missed more than I hit but lessons were re-learned (watch the bloody flags!)
No bugs locally transmitted for 45 days where I live (Victoria, Australia) so things are looking up a bit. Thank goodness that Australia is really just a big island and we have good leadership who seem to be doing the right moves.
Keep safe everybody and have a great Christmas, this is a great forum.
