Need a little help with some choices for 600 yd benchrest stocks for Panda action.
What makes a 600 yd stock different than a short range 100/200 free recoil stock??

Thanks

I do not know if anyone makes a 600 yd stock.
Mcmillian and Kelblys both make 1000 yd stocks as do others.
From my research this is the stock to use(1000 yd/lr bench rest).

Bob Scarbrough Jr. Last time I talked with him he had one in the works. Not sure where he is at on them though. He makes the best stock out there right now.

Bob has made 2 prototypes for bart. Scoville has made a few too. If you want one for a panda i suggest a pr&t lowboy. Its the most popular

There are no taper restrictions for a stock in 600/1000 rifles. You can have front and back parallel and the gun comes straight back. Or width restrictions.

Terry Leonard makes a 600 Yd. stock. Dan Killough has an exclusive on an altered version of the McMillan Edge with a straight line butt, parallel to the forend. He markets primarily to rimfire shooters, but the stock is perfect for 600 Yd. guns and is available in 3 weights, the heaviest of which is a solid fill. He usually has some in stock with a "Basic Inlet" that does not have any bolt holes or trigger guard mortise and can be opened up to accommodate most BR actions.
