30 br score rigs

There are far less expensive ways to add 12 ounces to anything.

Paul

Either you misread my post, or I didn't spell it out correctly... What was meant there was that the difference in weight between a Nightfarce and a Leupold Competition series is 12 ounces... There are less expensive ways to gain 12 ounces... If you need to gain three pounds how about putting a Hood scope checker on your rifle and then putting 2 Nightfarces on and competeing like that... It would get you closer to the 13.5 pounds, but likely cost you about $3700.00 to do so. Another barrel and a weight system would be cheaper, so would a dedicated HV rifle for that matter.

Paul,

I am probably sinning.

I am contemplating turning a LV rig in to a HV rig.

It must grow 3 pounds not 12 ounces.

There is no MINIMUM weight for HV. It will be legal in HV at its LV weight. So you don't have to add any weight.
Hey! Look at all of the money I just saved you.

Ted, you have offered a REAL option that I originally considered, however RECOIL is real; not a perception.
