i got no 130 and for now i only have n133 what is good starting load with 118 gr bullets ?

I don't think you will be able to get enough in the case to reach the working velocities

It can shoot down there but you won't likely get much for speed with n133. I don't think you can get enough n133 in a 30br.

I don't think it's recommended in any manual, but a friend uses an N110 to reload the 30 BR.
It reaches 2900/2925 FPS with good accuracy.
