3 pos. safety shroud on Rem. type action?

I don't know if this is the right forum but would there be any issues in having a 3 pos. shroud installed on a Rem. type action? Issues as far as accuracy or function goes? I'm thinking of doing another build for a long range live varmint gun but I have never seen this setup on such a gun and it got me wondering. Gun would have a custom receiver with target tang and a PT&G bolt. Thanks, John.

The pics say it all. I like them as they lock the firing pin. Has no affect on accuracy.

When you build a rifle for a 9 Year old, you sometime have to compromise and finish it like he wants. Not my choice of colors.

It is a 6X47Lapua, Shilen barrel, Kiff bolt,Kiff 3 pos safety, Anschutz bolt release, aluminum scope base, Kelbly's aluminum rings, ADL trigger guard, and a HiTech stock.
Mike Bryant did a true squaring of the receiver, reaming the raceway, cut threads, face receiver and square the lug abuttments.
