If I were you, I'd drop.....................
the target you showed in the picture of your group. I'd get some Leupold Sighting-In targets. Depending on the power and clarity of your scope, these targets should be usable to 400yds. depending on conditions. What I do, is to put the vertical wire alongside the leftside, and the horizontal wire along the base. Then, always using the lower left-hand corner as the point of aim (POA), I go from lower left square to upper left; then over to upper right, then down to lower right-hand square, a clockwise trip. By holding the wires along the base and side, you can get a very precise hold, and see easily any mistakes in holding, because of the contrast of the B/W target. Unless there are special sights, it is difficult to get a tight hold on a round target face, and colors, like red and day-glo, tend to "bleed" around the reticle and can give an indistinct aiming point. Even at 200yds, your point of impact(POI) can be 2 inches high, so it will not shoot out your point of aim, making it indistinct as a result of getting shot away. HTH
