SOME OF YOU MAY REMEMBER THIS CHAMPIONSHIP MATCH OR SOME OF THE NAMES ON THIS REPORT.(CURTESY OF SCOTT HUNTER). THE EXAMPLES(PAGES) WERE RANDOMLY SELECTED FROM THE MATCH REPORT.

THE SPORT HAS COME A LONG WAY. THIS IS JUST A REMINDER OF THE IMPORTANCE OF HISTORY. ENJOY.

Terrific! A great read. It's a great testament to a sport that one can still participate in at the top level after 36 years. Note Larry Baggett, Francis, Ron Hoehn, to name just a few.

Thanks for posting part of our great history.

Boy, we've contributed a lot of copper back to the earth over the years. Now that's why this is a "green" sport.

Tell that to the environmentalists.

It's hard to believe that i new 70% of the shooters back then. Time has a way of just slipping by.

I knew about 60% of the top 20 boards. Surprised there wasn't a lot more BLC being shot back then. I guess it wasn't unobtainable at that time. It seems to take that to get it to be the best powder ever.
