Got it, thanks I had the reamer in a vice and was trying to pry off the circlip with 2 small screwdrivers. Managed to use my thumbnail to hold it in place then used only one screwdriver and managed to flip it off. Rob.

Try this Take off the scope and bases. Put your rifle in sandbags and bore sight it at 100 yds. If the base mounting screws are slot screws, screw them back in so you can sight down the slots. Look where they are pointing! Of course this wont help much if the barrel is bent like a dogs...

Carbide will do it I threaded an old Anny a few years ago and had no issues using a carbide insert on a steel boring bar. Maybe I was just lucky! Rob Carnell Sydney, Australia

How do you get the fluid into the barrel? I am guessing a rotary fluid coupling, but do you tap the bore and screw it on, or maybe a rubber boot with hose clamp? Can anyone post a pic? Rob Carnell Sydney, Australia
