For hunting? Its easy: Blaser R93, i use mine for all the hunting i do. Look at youtubechannel of a friend of mine "sierra 645" and what he can do with i Blaser R93 in 6.5x55 and 6.5-284. The Blaser videos are from blog 19 i think...

I went from a Seb mod.1 to a Farley this year. I use the Farley ever since. I have not used the Seb Neo, so i cant comment on that. Mike Farley answered med most times the same day, if not the day after. He's service for me was outstanding!
