    Scope ring aligning

    Like others....... ......I consider the pointed "alignment" bars to be less than useless. By definition, two straight lines meeting at a single point DO NOT define a straight line. Years ago, I mentioned this to Brownells technical dept.......they agreed.......but the bars are still for sale...

    The Ferguson's run-out tool

    I've one..... .....that I bought from a friend, years ago. I mainly use it for sorting brass by neck-wall thickness run-out, and for checking neck turning operations. The 0.0001 indicator was with it when bought. I'll try to post a pic. Hope this helps.... Kevin
