WWCCA September 15th &16th FALL CLASSIC
Well the last match of the year for WWCCA is upon us. Third last one for the ER. Holton September 22nd & 23rd and Shelby County, October 20th & 21st.

Every year WWCCA has a “BEEF COOK OUT” which in the past years has proven to be a popular venue for WWCCA. This year, with collaboration between Dana Raven & Anita Laich, it was moved to the Saturday night of Sept 15th. This will be the first time that we have been fortunate enough to get this venue. The rounds of beef are cooked outside on or in something and then brought in and sliced. There will be potatoes, tossed salad, rolls, some kind of veggie and desert. I have been informed, but don’t quote me; there might be music for dancing. Jack you are my first choice, EH!! There will be liquid refreshments available, great for campers, they do not have to walk far and we don’t start shooting until 10:00am, so you are safe Beth!! The dinner is $15.00 all you can eat. Mark it down on your calendar. WWCCA September 15th &16th FALL CLASSIC

Match fees $70.00, 2 guns for 2 days
Cash “OPTION” $20.00 for 2 days, 100% pay back to “3” places per match,
Lunches will be available at the range.
Camping with electric and water is available at the club house for your camper, but bring your own drinking water. $8.00 per night.
Trophy’s, I know there is a bunch of them.
Just about forgot, Friday night is happy hour from 6 to 12, I believe the refreshments are cheaper.
If you want to share flags, or benches, or any other choice, (within the rules), let me know ASAP.
Now I will be there Wednesday morning, September 12th so if anyone wants to come in no problem, just remember that you can not practice until Friday at 10:00am

So let me recap
Friday, practice from 10:00am to 5:45pm.
Friday, Happy hour 6:00pm to 12:00pm at the clubhouse
Saturday, shoot starts at 9:00am until roughly 4:00pm
Saturday, Beef Cookout at about 6:00pm until?
Sunday, Commence fire at 10:00 until roughly 4:30pm
Sunday, awards ceremony and refreshments until?
If a camper wants to stay until Monday morning, no problem.

Hope to see you all, best of luck. (as long as your groups are bigger then mine)
