World's fastest blonde headed young man

In Texas we are aware of a very fast young man from Houston that is running both for the USA and UGA. He is just a freshman. In high school he ran a 9.98 100 and a 26.35' broad jump. He received 4 gold medals in the 2019 Pan Am games.
