Windflag Boxes

What do you guys do to store and transport your windflags?

I was using a kitchen trash can strapped into a luggage dolly for the poles and such and a Rubbermaid clothes box for the flags and daisies.

Since I sold off my Beggs probes, I have more space than I need and I'm looking for ideas.

I use one of the collapseable rolling file boxes from Office Depot. I have reinforced it with 2"x2" around the bottom sides and drilled holes for the poles in them. I have a stiff wire in an "L" shape that holes the daisy wheels and PVC pipe for the sail tails. Originally, I just pulled it along until the plastic weakened. Now I strap it on a kid's wagon that my wife found at Goodwill for $5 using bungee cords. It is strong enough to carry my Farley box and range box to the bench as well. The whole thing looks like hell, but it's pretty effective and keeps it all together.

SG, I am using plastic boxes with lids from Wal-mart. They have all sizes and some with wheels.

I use a clear plastic Sterelite box with snap on lid, a piece of 3/4" mdf cut to fit the bottom of the box, and two parallel 3/4"x 2" boards, on end, glued onto the mdf. I used a forstner bit to drill holes for the flag posts and cut notches on the opposite side for the vanes to fit into. There is enough room on the sides of the flags to keep 3 of my smiley poles. For my taller poles my wife is fashioning me a roll-up bag with a handle and velcro straps that will make them easy to carry...once at the range I still need to figure out. I like your garbage can strapped to a dolly idea a lot. Can post pics if you are interested.

It's a pretty good setup. It needs to be strapped to the wheels better. It's help if the wheels were larger for rough ground, or I just gave up on them and used the can.

The problem is that it has more space than I need for my poles and spikes but really no provision for carrying my wind flags. I'd like to get it all in one. I just hate to take up twice the space and also make two trips when I could make one.
 
I use a lightweight small bow case for the flags. Works for me
 
Golf bag for the poles and an old, wide rifle case with the foam removed for the flags and doodads. Saw a small "carry" golf bag at the Goodwill for two bucks.

Well, usually-solid-excrement! They never have golf bags at the Goodwill near us. What else, or even where else can you find cheap golf bags? -- they're way too expensive new.

Remember, I got those expand-to-20-foot poles you needed for the old Rockingham range.
 
Here's mine. It's a bit bulkier this way but I hate assembling flags everytime I use them. Doing it this way, I can just grab and go.
