Winchester Factory Trigger

I have a mid 1990's factory Winchester varmint rifle - some time ago I replaced the factory trigger with a Timney aftermarket trigger. Somewhere along the line I lost the factory trigger and now I want to shoot this rifle in local "factory rifle" matches and I need a factory Winchester trigger.

Any thoughts on where I could obtain one would be appreciated.

Thanks

Jim,

Have you tried Numrich (Gun Parts Inc.)? Winchester is defunct, but Numrich (do a Google for "gun parts" to find them) has this kind of thing. There are also other parts suppliers out there who can supply what you need (Jack First). You also will probably need the 2 adjustment nuts, the screw and spring which fit the trigger which allow pull weight and overtravel to be adjusted.

I got a part from Jack First, it was a..........................

screw (pre '78) for the front band on a 336, the lady said she had it, it was $9, and the shipping,(well, its really a HANDLING charge, she said) was $9.50. (OOOHHhhhhhh) I asked her if it was blue, she assured me it was. I told 'er not to handle it $9.50 worth, I didn't want the blue to rub off..........
