Use the above link for the Whitehorse website. General directions are take I-79 south of Clarksburg to exit 115. Follow Rt 20 South until you see the sign for Whitehorse. Great group of folks there at that range that put on a good match. No range membership needed that I know of. IBS membership required for points and/or going to the shootoff.
