It died in committee the first time, and you can bet your boots, they will try again. Especially with the Creep, Holder, as AG. Watch out for BATF too, because they have Cart-Bloc, and can change their regulations with out going thru the regular congression channels. Buy all means, write your Congressman and Senators to defeat this bill when if and when it comes before them.
