Where is 6.5x284 Brass at?

I just picked up my new 6.5x284 tonight and started to go looking for brass and couldn't locate any Lapua or Nosler brass anywhere. Does anyone know of any source? I plan on using 140 gr or so bullets. any suggeations on shoet range target loads? Thanks in advance.
