That press is patterned after the old C&H H style press. I built one like that in 1955. That is what I started with and a George Leonard Herters Model Perfect 30/06 dies and a BUNCH of H4831. About 50# to be exact. I still have a few pounds of and it still works just like it did in 1955. For years I loaded 30/06, 300 Savage, 35 Remington and even 22-250's with it.
As you can see it has been resting, I need to dust it off!
