Where and when IBS nationals

Lawrence,
I don't think the IBS has a final decision on that until after their annual meeting in January 2013! Did you guys ever get a range down there in LA yet? What ever happened to Steve Perry, he has kind of dropped off the map?

The last update that I have on our new range is that we have 6 of the 7 permits required to build it. We are still hopeful, but this bureaucratic nonsense has dragged things out for 5 years so far. Steve is still around and makes it to an occasional shoot in Visalia.

Another good reason not to live in CA, although, I'd like to shoot Visalia sometime. I'm sure it's tougher to shoot than what the aggs show. Most ranges usually are.

Lawrence,
Good to hear you guys are still trying to get a range up & running. Permitting is always a lengthy process no matter what your building, I remember when El Cajon Ca lost their shooting range, it took about 10 years once they got the property in Dulzura, to fight all the legal issues and get it permittied. Good to hear Steve is doing ok, he always ran a good match.
