Whats this rifle worth?

Taken in on a trade. Its a Rem 700 BR Hunter Class chambered in "Fry .308, .331 Neck) Heavy Hart barrel 1:11.25 twist. I'm thinking of throwing the barreled action into a McCrees for FTR. Came with a set of custom Hollywood dies.

Any used rifle is worth the price of the action... I don't place much value on the barrel unless I can see inside it well... the wood stock doesn't have a lot of value.

Slightly different story if you shoot a series of great groups... before you're done it could easily reach $350... ;)
 
Match 308

Your gun is what guys used to shoot in Hunter class. Wood stock, .308, old chamber. The gun as is with the extra stock and dies is probably in the $500-700 range. The buyer would not be a Hunter class shooter. Probably a good bench cast bullet gun. If we lived close I would look at it and try and get it for $400. Nice gun limited use.

I got no idea'r what all the "shipping" stuff is about but I see about 250 bucks worth of stuff.
