Don't worry about neck wall thickness. What you need to measure is what the neck diameter of the cartridge is over a seated bullet. If you are going for benchrest performance, there should be somewhere between 0.0015" and 0.0025" total clearance. And, you need to know what the barrel chamber neck diameter actually is. Just because it says 266 and was cut with a reamer marked 266 doesn't mean the actual neck diameter is 266.
