What is available to machine the ramps for the lugs on a bolt action?

I think its time I start on a project that has been on the back burner for sometime now. I have a PTG one pc bolt and the heat treated stainless bar with the EDM work done. I suppose I could cut them as a surface on my haas mill but it would have an improper radius in the corner. I been thinking of making some kind of controled twist holder that turns on a steep angle and can be lock in a bridgeport quill and use the knee to increase the depth of cut. Hard to picture maybe but I've seen somthing like that and cant find it again. If there is something you all do that works well please let me know.

I think I like Gary B method. I might add a stop collar to control the depth though. Way easy. I also thought of grinding a tool with two cutting edges and useing the haas to broach the ramp with a very steep thread cycle and control the depth by recutting it in Z depth over and over untill deep enough. But I really like the file by hand one.
