I belive they are old bullet dies. They are marked RCBS

I believe you're right

I believe you are right Butch. Those components look remarkable like some of the early RCBS bullet swaging dies I saw in one of my uncles collection many years ago. From what my late farther told me me made his own bullets because they were difficult to obtain after the war.

These are "treasures"!!

Farris Pindell had literally boxes, shelves, and drawers full of this stuff. Since they were all just thrown in and not protected with some kind of wrapping I'd bet they are about used up.

Sorted out some of the dies would probably still make good product.

Give them for Christmas gifts.

Butch passed the equipment shown above on to me. Dad and I spent an hour last night going over every piece. Can't say we've figured it all out yet, but to have some of Red's tooling is an honor.

Thanks again Butch,

Me too Butch. Dad is going to swage some 22's with the tooling. He did so years ago on a similar set of dies. To our surprise, they shot OK. Certainly not BR type precision, but the results were respectable.

Thanks again,
