Weaver’s patented QuadZero four-point windage and elevation adjustment system is one of the most reliable and
accurate in the world.
Unlike most riflescopes which use one leaf spring and the windage and elevation dials to make adjustments –
Weaver’s QuadZero uses two compression springs and the windage and elevation dials.
With the common one-spring system, adjusting one screw too far can cause the spring to affect the adjustment of the
other screw.
With QuadZero, its two springs are aligned directly across from the windage and elevation adjustments, so each adjustment
can be made independently for pinpoint accuracy.
The increased force bearing down from the second spring also helps hold zero 60% better than most premium scopes. Click

Hmmm
Did the add say anything about the REAL problem. That gimble joint at the forward end of the erector tube that will loosen up over a period of time.......jackie
