In my opinion

Wayne Smith is as fine of a person as you'll come across. His gunsmithing work is superb and his bedding work is unreal, it looks like a piece of fine artwork!

I highly recommend Wayne.

A lot of us in this area can thank Wayne for our success.........his bedding jobs are a work of art. He has always been there to help me and others to improve our shooting skills. When we first started shooting 22's down here Wayne and Gary Mitchell were instrumental in guiding us in the right direction. Both are great friends and examples of perfection and class in the shooting sport.
 
Wayne took my "so-so" shooting Sako sporter and put his bedding job to it. It became a record setting/breaking Sako and I owe it all to Wayne Smith's bedding. I would use no other if I were building a new custom or improving an existing rifle. I didn't realize the importance of expert bedding before Wayne did mine. Expert bedding is probably the first thing one should do when trying to fine tune a rifle to wring out maximum accuracy.
