VihtaVuori 135 and 6PPC

I tried, doesn't work...

I got pressure marks with very little load <28gr and no accuracy...

even though it works great in 6br with the same bullet.. 33.5gr
 
I have found that a mixture of N133/N135 works well. I mix the two in a 50/50 ratio (by weight) and use it in a PPC (both .22 Short and 6mm). I don't know the velocity, but it shoots small. Good shooting....James
 
I couple of the shooters in the NW have had good success with 135 in the ppc. Velocity is off by less than 100fps compared to 133.
I also recall, Del Bishop had mixed V 130 and V 135 with great results.
Just more information, do with it what you want.

VV 135 in th e 6PPC

Gentelmen!

I know for a fact that ViihtaVuori 135 will shoot in the 6 PPC...
So does Mr. Ted Parreco who won many Score matches using 30.o VV135
and 65 grain grain bullets.
I have been shooting 29.0 to 31.0 grains of VV 135/ 65 Gentner BT and
28.0 - 29.3 N 133 head to head...both shoot in the ones on a good day!
Are we lemmings? ..hope not.
