Unertl Vulture w/internal W&E

I have an elderly 10X Unertl Vulture with internal W&E. When I got it out of storage recently I found that the crosshairs had shifted to one side. Is there anyone in the scope repair field that repairs these old scopes?

The old "bird" series of Unertl scopes had non centered reticules as I recall. Give the windage knob a spin and see what happens.
