Unable to access website

Starting early last week, I have been unable to access the website using my standard Ethernet and Wi-Fi connection. I’m only able to access the site by using a cellular connection through my phone. At least 2 of my friends are experiencing the exact same issue.

Any suggestions for what we should do?
 
Last week, I couldn't connect to BR Central (other sites were OK) via my cellphone or desktop. I shut down my desktop and my Wi-Fi modem, waited a few moments and restarted. Problem solved.
