The first UBR Nationals is in the books, and I think 3 new records were set along the way. Of the 48 guns that were pre-registered (full field), 46 showed up to see who would be the first UBR Nationals champion in the 4 classes it offers. I want to thank everyone that helped make this event a great success, from the target crew to the range officer and the ones that helped with scoring. Danny should have the full results on his website soon. Top three places in the custom class grand agg were with a 6ppc, followed by a 30major and then a couple of 30br's. Here are a few of the scores.

thanks to the guys at buck creek, great shoot from a great bunch of guys,it was nice to be able to put faces with all the names i've been seeing,& thanks to jerry for lunch!

Did I just see pictures of wind flags at Buck Creek with tails hanging straight down??!! I thought that was an "impossible situation"! LOL

Good shootin' y'all.

If you saw a picture of a still flag you were looking at a picture of a different range or it wasn't on my relay.....The Buck Creek guys are first class,Jerry should have been a cook, mighty tasty food.....George is a super nice guy as is Jackie and Danny...Moses is better then a private pit crew.We shared the same bench and he had my stuff set up before I could even get my rifle to the line....NO PLACE that I have ever been will treat one better.......LW Moore

Moore,... you are absolutely correct. I have shot at Buck Creek several times and have seen very few still flags (except ten minutes before the match started). Jackie and 'dem do know how to put on a match!
