Stupid question time. What's the difference between Tula and Wolf primers? Are they just the same product with different labeling or are they different primers?

Made in the same manufacturing plant. Seems that the Tula plant is selling direct to the consumer and cutting out the middle guy which would be Wolf. Or something like that. Randy
