Trouble ordering targets off the web site

I cannot get the web site to accept the order form. It keeps telling me that they cannot calculate shipping, etc. when every blank is filled out. What's broken? This getting to be a royal PITA.

I even tried to send an e-mail and there is nobody other than officers of the NBRSA to address. Who is the new business manager?

I had the same problem. Calling Audrey was the only way I could order targets.

I wound up calling Audrey and gave her my credit card number. She punched it in three times and it was declined three times. I pay my card off each month and have a high credit limit so I knew something was wrong.

I called my credit card issuer and they told me there had been no transactions decline on my card.

I then called Audrey back and told her. Evidently she took offense at it and raised her voice to me. Later she called me and told me the trouble was between her software and Mastercard and got it corrected. I got the targets but the transaction was anything but pleasant.

It does help, Cale, but I had already gotten Audrey's number from Cross Printing. You cannot find her number on the NBRSA web site nor can you find an e-mail address for her. I searched for two days. This information should be easily found on the web site. Thanks for your help.
