Tony Larson stock..can weight be added??

Does anyone know if a Tony Larson stock can be drilled out for adding weight?
The reason I'm asking is I'm looking a rifle that HFV has for sale on here, it looks like I could add
2 1/2 - 3 lbs and still make HG weight. It has a plug in the butt plate but no hole to add weight.

The Larson stock has a 3/4"-to 7/8" (didn't measure exact) hole tha goes deep into the stock. It would be fairly easy to ad weight system. I didn't know the stock had a hole for a weight,, until Harv ask me.. So I removed the butplate and there is a deep hole there.. I have seen other Larson stocks w/a tube attached to threaded ring, that was flush w/butt of stock. A weight was screwed into this tube for easy removing,, if someone wanted to go back to a 10-1/2lb rifle.
