I saw a youtube clip from Kelby's. He talked about tolerences on their Stolle Acctions were so tight that they could machine a barrel that would be "PERFECT" on their Actions without you sending them the action.

I was kinda wondering about that myself .... are the tolerences SO CONSISTANT on top end actions that you can just order a barrel to be chambered for your action and when you get it, mount it, and torque it down, the headspace is "as good as it gets?"

Another thing about the Kelby's Stolle actions adding to the testimony of their quality control.
You can take a quality scope, center the reticule ,and using a set of Kelby's rings, mount the scope on the action.
When you sight the rifle in you should hit 2-3" from the aiming point.
