The tunnel and Gene Beggs

Friends and I are in Odessa, Tx for the weekend and having a desire to meet Gene and see the tunnel I called him not knowing what to expect. A more gracious man I have not met, he came by the hotel, led us out to the tunnel and even let us send a few rounds down range all this to complete strangers.
Thanks Gene for the time spent with us and the great fellowship, you are a class act, oh yeah the tunnel is great too.

I have told the story of buying windprobes from Gene. He had planned to shoot in Seymour and bring them. For some reason or other he couldn't shoot the match, but he still drove 600miles round trip to get them to me. How many of us would have done that?
