Tenative new world record at VT State Meter Championships

The old IBS score record for LV at 100 meters was 20x's and today Allie Euber shot 22. As a ref, I and the other two had to check the targets over and sign them. They appeared to be very solid to us so we don't anticipate any being thrown out but time will tell. Randy Jarvais
 
If I have remembered correctly:
VFS Kim Llewellyn, Allie Euber with 22x, Wayne Green, Wayne France, Frank Danisienka, and Lee Euber all with 21x but not sure the order
Htr Bill Sargent with 249, Charles Brock and David Apple with 248 and in that order. Charles is a rookie from Maine
VH Peter Wass may have won it with a 246 and I didn't notice who else was shooting VH
