Could any of you see anything wrong with machining a boltface in a CNC Mill?
I am talking about standing the bolt body up vertically and running a Circular pocket program with a solid carbide endmill.
Of course, the bolt body would need to be held perfectly vertical in V-Blocks.
I want to bush my firing pin holes and resurface the bolt face at the same time.
I am trying to get away from doing it in a lathe. Don't want to turn the bolt in a steady rest and don't want to build a fixture for holding the bolt body in a chuck.
