starter 22 RF benchrest rifle

Any suggestions on a starter 22 benchrest rifle? A long time ago I had a Rem. 40XBR 22 but had to sell it. Loved the rifle, shot great, and would love to find another one as nice. Since they seem to be as scarce as lips on a chicken, I thought I would solicit opinions on a good, reasonably (subjective) priced rifle to have some fun with at the local range. Not intending to travel and compete in the various matches around the country.

CZ457 MTR with a match chamber seems to be the hot item right now. Tikka T1X is another option.
