Something new to read about

There is an interesting article in the Kennebec Journal about Cooper Firearms entry into Sports rifles, among other things I found interesting. They are sponsoring a Shooter full tilt. I don't recall ever seeing a sponsorship in the shooting community like this during my 20 few years of involvement, save the Olympic sponsorship, which mean not very much to the rest of us. Anyway, it's an interesting read. Just Google the Kennebec Journal and find the article about shooting.

A linky would be nice.

Once you are connected to the page that you wish to provide a link for, go to the top, in the browser window, where it starts with "http" or "https". Place your curser in the box, right click, then choose "copy" in the window that opens. That will copy the address to your notepad in windows. Then, go back to where you wish to post the link, place curser, right click again, and choose "paste". That will input the link address, and you're done.

There may be easier ways to do it, but that's how I do it.

Thanks Roger

find links ? I am somewhat limited in my computer abilities.

Thanks,

Pete

The two phrases I remember are "copy and paste"....... and "save it in my mouse" :)

If you're typing like this and you want to move a word, or cut out some text or add something from somewhere's else you click and slide your mouse to "turn it blue"

Then you RIGHT click on the blue to to find the copy option and "save it in your mouse"

Now go to where you want to put it and RIGHT click to find the paste option and dump it out of your mouse where you want it.

And when you're on a website you do that same operation on the upper address bar and go dump it ("insert it") wherever you want for instance, I go to the top of THIS PAGE....... click and slide to "turn it blue"....... and paste it right here..... http://benchrest.com/newreply.php?do=newreply&p=829527

Uth is truly wasted on the yung! I've never been interested in memorizing the computer operating stuff so I have remained pretty much ignorant of them since my first Commodore 54 or 56, whichever it was.
