Single shot Sako compared to Remington 40 XBR

I have a single shot heavy barrel bolt action Sako in 22PPC from a deceased estate and wondered how you guys would compare it to a Remington 40 XBR which I also have in 223.
 
i tend to agree with dusty.
and everyone knows 223 cant shoot,
so
you should send the 40 to me to dispose of.
