The September match was shot under very difficult conditions. The wind was 15 to 30+ mph from 4-6 o'clock. Jim Brummerstedt summed it up pretty well, " it was consistently gusty" 
With about 4 MOA of windage it didn't take much to move the bullets around and off the paper.
In spite of the conditions some of the guys figured it out and shot well. The shoot off results were:
