RCGC will be hosting our final score match of the year this Saturday, Oct 24th. This match will be at 200 yards.

Targets are scored using a reticle, so there is no caliber advantage. Classes are available for Benchrest, Modified, and factory rifles.

You do NOT have to be a club member to participate.

See additional info on the club and matches here: http://www.rcgc.club/shooting-venues/centerfire-rifle/

Come on out and join the fun!!!

We had a good turnout with 19 shooters and great fall weather for our last match of the season.

Conditions for the 200yd match were switchy and would bite you in a heartbeat if you touched the trigger at the wrong time.

We had some great as usual with Terry Hollady stepping up for the win with 17 x's!!!

Top 5 finishers:

Terry Hollady 267-17x
Roy Darnell 262-13x
Dale Avery 261-12x
Randy Perry 261-12x
Ken Eades 261-11x

The season championship also went to Terry Hollady. Congrats on some outstanding shooting again this year!!

Top 5 shooters for the season:

Terry Hollady
Randy Perry
Joe Allen
Derrick Loflin
Jim Cothern

Make plans now to join us on March 27th, 2021 for kick of next year's season!!

I don't understand the scoring -- can you explain how a shooter got than 250 points?

They are using system similar to UBR where the x scores as an 11 but they also count the X's where
UBR doesn't. The x count is redundant as far as the score is concerned
