Score match at Rockingham County Gun Club ( NC ) March 26th

RCGC will be hosting our first score match of the year on Saturday, March 26th. This match will be at 100 yards.

Targets are scored using a reticle, so there is no caliber advantage. Classes are available for Benchrest, Modified, and factory rifles.

You do NOT have to be a club member to participate.

We had a light turnout with only 13 shooters ( probably due to the weather ), but there was still some great shooting ( mostly by Kevin ) and a good time was had by all.

Benchrest Class:

1st - Kevin Lasley - 272-22x
2nd - Thomas Arrington - 269-19x
3rd - Zack Darnell - 265-16x
4th - Randy Perry - 265-16x
5th - Gary Barefoot - 263-14x

Modified Class:

1st - Sam Hardy - 260-12x

Make plans now to come out and join us on April 22nd for our next match at 200 yards.

I hope so too, it was nasty at home with the wind and cold. Not a fun day to shoot for sure! Congrats to Kevin on some fine shooting!
