Scope modification question

I am looking for a long eye relief scope to use as a scout scope. I want a 30mm tube and a lighted retical. So far I cannot find such a scope, so the question is, can a scope with say a 3in eye relief be modified to say 12-15inches of eye relief and if so how or who will do it? Thanks
