Ruger Mark II 7 MM Mag

I have found a nice Ruger Mark II 7 MM Mag it has a real wood stock. Should it be as good as a Winchester Model 70, 7 MM Mag? My Winchester has a synthetic stock and I don’t like synthetic stocks.

The only other thing is my Winchester has a 26" barrow the ruger has a 24" barrow.
 
if you're talking about accuracy, "good" on a factory rifle falls somewhere on a long, bell-shaped curve. Without testing the individual rifles, It is impossible to say which is more accurate.

If your "good" is something other than accuracy, you'd have to say what that is.

BTW, the customs have a bell-shaped curve for accuracy too. It is just one hell of a lot shorter.
